In 2020, we looked at the UK agency landscape and saw a problem. Agencies were selling "creative magic" but delivering technical debt.
They were locking clients into lifetime retainers, hiding code behind proprietary walls, and staffing accounts with junior salespeople who couldn't write a line of code. The model was broken.
